Who is eligible to join Nebraska CLASS?
Any Nebraska public agency, including any county, city, village, school district, natural resource district, public power district, sanitary improvement district, or other municipal corporation or political subdivision of the State of Nebraska may be eligible to participate in Nebraska CLASS. The management of Nebraska CLASS is under the direction of a Board of Trustees comprised of eligible Participants of the Nebraska CLASS program.
To join Nebraska CLASS, please complete the following:
- Read the Nebraska CLASS Declaration of Trust and Interlocal Agreement
- Pass a resolution authorizing participation in Nebraska CLASS. The Nebraska CLASS Registration Packet includes a model resolution for your reference.
- Complete the Nebraska CLASS Registration Packet
- Keep the original forms for your records and send the completed packet to the Nebraska CLASS Client Service team by email at clientservices@nebraskaclass.com or by fax (866) 256-6459.
